Cancellation & Re-scheduling Policy

I work on a one 2 one basis therefore your dog will be allocated a time slot specifically for them. I do understand that unforeseen circumstances can crop up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your dogs appointment, however, when you forget to cancel or reschedule an appointment with out sufficient notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to take the available slot, therefore as the time is reserved for you dog that appointment is unfortunately wasted. 

This is my policy 

By booking an appointment and/or using JAIE'S Professional Dog Grooming's services you agree to the following terms, conditions and fees.

Cancellations or reschedules that have given 48 hours or more notice, no fee will be applied.

Cancellations or reschedules that have given 48 hours or less notice, will be charged equal to 50% of the grooming fee.

Cancellations or no shows on the day of the appointment will be charged the full grooming fee. 

All cancellation and/or rescheduling messages must be received between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Thursday.

Any messages sent later than 5:30pm will NOT be seen until 9:30am the next working day and MAY be classed as a cancellation on the day or no show and WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL GROOMING FEE.

(Please be aware I do NOT work Evenings, Fridays, Weekends or Bank Holidays)

Clients who have missed a previous appointment may be asked to pay in full when booking all future appointments. These payments are non refundable in the instance of a no show or cancellation. In the instance of rescheduling 48 hours must be given and the fee will be carried over with the rescheduled appointment. 

Clients who have missed 3 appointments or refuse to pay the fees, will receive a salon ban.

When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment (via text, phone call, facebook or email), please make sure you get a confirmation back from me (via text, phone call, facebook or email) confirming that your appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call Jaie on 07940 265766. If you are calling outside of my working hours, leave a voicemail message or text and include :- 

Your name

Your dogs name 

Your dogs breed

The time and date of your appointment.

(Please be aware any messages received during this time - Evenings, Fridays and Weekends - will NOT be seen until my next working day and MAY be classed as a late cancellation, and may incur a fee.)

I will contact you by phone call or text on my next working day. (Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 5:30)
